Foggy Headlight

This customers headlight was foggy and starting to turn yellow. You could hardly see the lights through it in the dark.

I prepared the area, masked off so I don't damage the surrounding paint work. Started with 500 grit and worked my way up to 2000 grit to remove chips and uneven surface. Buffed the headlight with a machine polisher to get the crystal clear finish. Finished off with two layers of clear for protection.

Customer was happy and now has two clear headlights.

Big job

We had to get a new wing for this. Couldn't be saved. New headlight as the brackets were snapped. Kept the original door. A lot of work...
